Not with the right detectors. Pet-tolerant PIRs and careful siting avoid false triggers — we ask about animals at survey and specify accordingly.
Yes. Zoned arming lets you protect doors and windows while people move around inside, which is the usual setup for homes and for premises with night staff.
By default the siren sounds and alerts go to your nominated phones. Where a monitored response is required we can specify a system suited to that and set it up with your chosen provider.
